How should I prepare for my appointment?

Arrive with clean skin if possible and avoid active exfoliants or new products 48 hours before your facial. If you’re coming from work or the gym, no worries we’ll start with a thorough cleanse. Most importantly, come ready to relax.

Are children or extra guests allowed?

To maintain a calm and uninterrupted environment, only scheduled clients are permitted in the suite. This helps ensure every guest receives the quiet, restorative experience the space is designed for.

What facial should I book if I’m not sure?

Choose based on how much time you’d like to spend and the level of treatment you’re interested in. Longer sessions allow for more advanced modalities and deeper skin work, while shorter sessions focus on maintenance and relaxation. Your facial will always be customized once we assess your skin in person.

How often should I get a facial?

For maintenance and visible progress, most clients benefit from treatments every 4–6 weeks. Your ideal frequency may vary depending on your skin goals, lifestyle, and treatment plan.

Cancellation, Refund, and Reschedule Policy

To honor the time reserved for each guest and maintain a smooth booking experience, the following policies are in place:

Deposits

All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your reserved time.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment when rescheduled within this window.

Reschedules must be completed within 24 hours of the original cancellation request, or a new deposit may be required.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

This policy ensures fairness to both the business and other guests seeking availability.

Refunds

Services and deposits are non-refundable. If you have any concerns about your experience, please reach out within 48 hours so we can address them with care.
